About the Workshop
2-Session Pottery Wheel Workshop
This two-session beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect way to experience the pottery wheel and learn the full process from start to finish.
Session One (2 hours):The first session begins with a live demonstration covering each stage of the process — from wedging and centering the clay to shaping a first form. Participants then work on the wheel with hands-on guidance and support to create their own pots.
Session Two (2 hours):The second session focuses on trimming and surface decoration. Participants learn how to trim their leather-hard pieces to refine their forms and apply underglaze decoration to personalize their work with color and design.
No experience is needed — just come ready to get your hands messy and have fun.
All pieces will be finished by the instructor, including drying, bisque firing, application of clear glaze, and final glaze firing. Finished pieces are food safe and ready to use.
Work will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–5 weeks.
