Planter & Birds
DURATION —— 3h GROUP SIZE — 3-6 AGE ————— 16+ ABOUT Learn a Kohiki-inspired technique while creating a one-of-a-kind planter paired with a charming decorative bird. In this one-session workshop, participants will build a tripod planter from clay slabs and handbuild a small bird to complement it. The planter will be decorated using a Kohiki-inspired technique, applying colored slip over white clay to create contrast and texture. The bird will be handbuilt and finished with engobe (colored slip). FINISHING PROCESS All pieces will be completed by the instructor, including drying, bisque firing, clear glazing, and high firing. PICKUP Finished work will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–5 weeks — ready for planting and perfect for indoor or outdoor display.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the workshop, and rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours beforehand. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
